I am a Chartered Town Planner, having worked for over 30 years in both local government and the private sector, working from Trainee Planning Technician up to Principal Development Control Officer and I am presently the Director of the John Elvidge Planning Consultancy.
I am a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), I have extensive experience of major development schemes, including residential; retail; commercial; education; leisure and agricultural developments, based in Thanet, but also covering the whole of Kent and the wider South East Region although I also accept projects throughout the whole of England.
